Clip 3 - Women in Independent Music - Panel Discussion
In recent years AIM's Board of Directors, voted for by the membership, has evolved from an all male group to a more diverse and representative collection of music industry entrepreneurs, including 4 women. How has this reinvigorated the Board and impacted on AIM and the independent music sector as a whole? Could all companies and organisations benefit from moving away from the all-male look?
Speakers include: Julie Weir - Visible Noise, Remi Harris, AIM, Kerry Harvey-Piper- Red Grape Records, Doug D'Arcy- Songlines and Alison Wenham - AIM.
Clip 4 - Maria Kempinska - Jongleurs
The event closed with a lively speech from maria Kempinska, founder of comedy and music empire Jongleurs.
