THE AIM INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARDS 2017

The 7th annual AIM Awards will take place on Tuesday 5th September 2017, at The Brewery in Clerkenwell.  This year, Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo will co-host the event with AIM Awards judge and previous host, Mistajam.

Now in its seventh year, the AIM Awards is proud to have honoured a wide array of extraordinary independent artists, labels and industry figures including: Björk, Stormzy, Adele, The Prodigy, London Grammar, Richie Hawtin, Wolf Alice, Billy Bragg, Christine and The Queens, Enter Shikari, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, First Aid Kit, Alt-J, SBTRKT, Daughter, Alcopop!, 4AD, Hyperdub, Transgressive, Geoff Travis (Rough Trade), Martin Mills (Beggars Group), Daniel Miller (Mute), Laurence Bell (Domino),  & many more!

The AIM Awards boasts a uniquely varied selection of nominees and winners, with artists, labels and festivals from all genres in with an equal chance of recognition. This diversity is something we are very proud of and we will continue to shine a light on the incredible talent coming out of the independent community.


After Party

Tickets for the AIM Awards are now sold out but you can still join us at the AIM Awards afterparty! The Afterparty will take place at The Brewery from 10.30pm, immediately after the AIM Awards ceremony finishes, and tickets are available now.

Afterparty tickets cost £15+VAT (£18) pp and allow access from 10.30pm to close (3am).
