BASCA presents: Connecting Classical – Maximising Your Presence In The Digital World
BASCA’s Classical Committee presents a panel discussion with composers and marketing/PR specialists looking at best practices for composers to promote themselves and their works. Websites, e-commerce, social media, streaming playlists and digital strategies will all be covered on the day with a chance to ask the experts how to grow your influence both live and online.
The panel discussion will be lead and moderated by leading composer and BASCA committee member Alexander Campkin. The panel will also include:
- Joel Garthwaite, Founder and Marketing Director of Bright Ivy – providing creative and innovative artist management to classical and contemporary musicians and composers.
- Cevanne Horrocks-Hopayian, Composer, Singer and Harper
- Sam Mackay Marketing and Insight Executive from Sound and Music – the national charity for new music
