Join AIM at Midem





On 7th June 2017 AIM will hold a series of events under the banner ‘Independents Day‘, celebrating the innovation, entrepreneurship and creative talent of the UK’s independent sector.

A panel session entitled ‘AIM Presents: Independent Music – Cutting Through The Noise‘ will take place from 12-1pm in the Palais De Festivals’ Worldwide Village, featuring some of the music industry’s finest A&R and marketing minds. The UK’s independent sector is responsible for some of the World’s most exciting artists and is renowned for its entrepreneurship and innovation in bringing those artists to market. Speakers will share insights from campaigns including Lethal Bizzle, Passenger, Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, The War on Drugs and grime compilation New Gen.

Following the panel, British Music @ Midem and Music is GREAT will be hosting a drinks reception on the British Music stand terrace from 4.30pm, before an AIM members party, held in partnership with the State51 Conspiracy at a nearby secret location.
