The Music Meets Tech Mixer is hosted in partnership with AIM (Association of Independent Music), Digital Catapult, DIT (Department for International Trade), Slush Music (World’s leading music & tech conference).
The drinks reception provides a chance to network with digital experts in the independent music community, innovative start up companies and organisations that support the development of the music meets tech community, helping to raise investment and providing export opportunities. AIM CEO Paul Pacifico will give a short introduction on the exciting new partnership between AIM and Digital Catapult. The founder of Slush Music, Sasu Paakkunainen will give a talk on how to hack Slush. Last year there were 750 investors having over 4000 meetings with startups at Slush. Meetings at Slush have led to early-stage venture capital transactions exceeding $350 million. Guests will get a sneak peek to this year’s event combined with the keys to crack Slush from their top-tier international investors. Guests will also have the chance to speak with representatives from AIM, Digital Catapult, DIT and Slush.
