Further information

AIM is excited to announce the eighth 'AIM Social’, a series of monthly gatherings for the independent music community.

Taking place in East Village in Shoreditch, each AIM Social will be hosted by two contrasting independent labels.  The AIM Social returns to London for Distiller Records Meets One Little Indian, on Wednesday 22nd May 2013.

Each social will see label bosses, their staff and artists taking to the decks, giving a unique insight into the music that has inspired and shaped their labels, and providing a unique backdrop to networking and general camaraderie.

May’s AIM Social will see Distiller Records, home to Funeral For a Friend, Sound of Guns and The Ramona Flowers, going head to head on the decks with One Little Indian, whose current roster boasts artists such as Björk, The Computers and Dan Sartain. The night promises a unique mix of music from two top independent labels, and the chance to network with over 200 people from the UK independent sector and wider music industry.

Distiller Records meets One Little Indian will see DJ sets from Distiller Records' Ben Cherrill plus artist LOWB (Andy Barlow from Lamb), and One Little Indian’s Kevin O'Donnell along with Stubbon Heart's Luca Santucci.
