Mentoring Scheme

AIM's mentoring scheme runs each year, giving around 15 independent label managers the chance to get expert guidance in their personal and business development from a senior industry figure.  We notify members when we are taking applications for the scheme, then carefully match successful applicants with mentors who can help their career and business develop.  The mentor then meets with the mentee numerous times over the course of several months, helping them to plan the development of their business.

Work Experience Scheme

Our work experience scheme can help you find excellent staff with music industry training, and work with them on a placement basis before possible recruitment.  Provide AIM with a job description that you would like a work experience candidate to take on, and we will put this out to the best music business degree students out there, and help you find the perfect candidate.  Whether you are looking for a little help in the office for a few days per week, or someone with certain skills to take on a specific project for your company - we can help you find the right person.
