Responsibilities include:

• Work with the Mute, our worldwide partners, artists and managers to support and help deliver creative and innovative digitally focussed campaigns.
• Support Head Of Marketing and rest of label team in all marketing and album campaigns.
• Co-ordinate digital marketing activity for both the label and all artists.

Warp RecordsHead of Sales and Retail (London)

Warp Records are looking for an experienced person to manage sales and retail for their artists across all labels. This includes working with physical retail and distributors, DSPs, as well as planning and delivering exciting D2C promotions both within and outside record release campaign cycles.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in music or merchandise sales or distribution. They will be commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering sales and profitable campaigns. They will have a drive to innovate and deliver high quality D2C products and experiences to fans of our artists. They will have a good understanding of streaming and the digital music landscape. They will have a passion for the artists and labels that we work with.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing Warp’s relationships with retailers, DSPs and distributors to work with them to deliver successful new release and catalogue campaigns.
  • Creating and delivering successful global D2C strategies for Warp’s artists through their own stores, Bleep and other platforms. This includes music, merchandise and other products.
  • Pitching new releases to DSPs and co-ordinating strategy with international teams.
  • Developing Warp’s artists and label merchandise business.

Warp Records is on the hunt for a skillful and efficient Accounts and Data Assistant to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a healthy interest in music and will be looking to further a career in finance and data.

The role is based in North West London, salary dependent on experience, and a very generous and flexible study package is available for ACCA/CIMA

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of all company bank accounts and merchant accounts
  • Reconciliation of intercompany and suspense accounts
  • Credit Control: corresponding with customers and clients and producing Aged Debtors Reports 
  • Processing our physical and digital distribution reports (MS Excel would be a key skill here, turning raw data into sales information/invoices)
  • Allocation of sales ledger (including purchased recharges from distributors)
