Hospital Records – Publishing Coordinator

Hospital Records are hiring a Publishing Coordinator for their in-house department,
Songs In The Key Of Knife.

Based in our South London office, we are looking for someone
with 6-12 months minimum publishing experience, to administrate all aspects of our catalogue worldwide.

The position requires a deep and wide knowledge of current, and recent, electronic dance music, preferably with an interest in, or experience of, drum & bass. We wish for the ideal candidate to continue building our roster of writers, whilst controlling registrations, metadata, integration with royalty accounting systems, and maintaining relationships with our international sub-publishers. A knowledge of master rights collection would be beneficial, although not essential.

Cooking Vinyl – Publishing Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to handle digital marketing and advertising initiatives for a portion of our roster on a 6 month contract. The position will work closely with Project Management, International and our distributor to develop comprehensive marketing plans and timelines. The individual will be digital savvy, abreast to new online services, updates and music industry news affecting the digital space. She/He will also be eager to utilise the latest marketing tools and strategies for creative and forward thinking campaigns while utilising analytics to make educated decisions throughout a campaign. This role will fit into a small team: the Head of Digital and Digital Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement digital marketing timelines and plans for artist campaigns
  • Asses artist presence online and digitally to create uniform branding across all aspects
  • Ensure digital optimisation of campaigns and artist strategy in the UK alongside the product management and international teams
  • Work hand in hand with our distributor The Orchard on all digital retail aspects

Ninja Tune – Sync TV Assistant (London)

Ninja Tune / Just Isn’t Music (The Cinematic Orchestra, Odesza, Bonobo, The Heavy, Young Fathers et al) are looking to hire a sync assistant to join the TV team in London.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience working in sync, ideally having worked within a TV sync department previously.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Undertaking music searches (commercial music and production music) for TV clients
  • Sending copyright information to TV clients
  • Maintaining relationships with the large roster of TV clients (UK TV broadcasters and production companies) as well as forming relationships with new clients
  • General sync admin

Nettwerk Music – Junior Product Manager (London)

Nettwerk Music Group is seeking a Junior Product Manager.

The role supports all aspects of marketing and the work of the Director, from the creation of the artist’s marketing plans and budgets through to the roll out of artist releases.

The role is also expected to provide key analytical insight and support to the UK and European team through engagement with Nettwerk’s business intelligence and analytical systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Director, assist with development and roll out of all aspects of an artist’s release campaign
  • Assist in the coordination of the work of both internal team members and outside service providers
  • Working directly with the production team, manage artist release schedules and ensure adherence to production requirements and timelines
  • Participate in label and artist meetings as determined by the Director
